Seller warrants its products against defects due to workmanship or materials but does not cover the damage due to acts of god, abuse, improper maintenance & operation, disassembly of parts, scratches, any defects cause by your own driver or attempted repair. Seller offers Three years warranty.
Terms:

1.  Buyer should check all goods after received. If it have outer packing damage, please take picture as proof, and claim against carrier

2.  Seller will responsible for nothing, if buyer do any maintenance on the defective products without informing seller.

3.  Seller provides Three year warranty for the defective ones, seller offer free replacement or maintenance, but Purchaser need to prove the defective with needed information, such as PI number, pictures, video, etc. (if can`t not confirm if it is quality problems or not , need send back the defective products and buyer should prepay shipping of sending back first) .After Three years, seller reserves the right of charging the repairing service.

(1)  Defective within 3 months: Seller in charge of all shipping cost, repaired materials  and maintenance costs.

(2)  Defective after 3months to 1 year: Seller in charge of replacement,repairing well    and sending back to buyer or sending repaired materials to buyer. Buyer should    pay shipping of sending back the failed products.

(3)  Defective after 1 year to 5 year. Seller responsible of replacement, maintenance    or repaired materials. Buyer in charge of all shipping costs.

1.   Lights which are used for a purpose other than which they are designed for, or    which has been altered in any way that would be detrimental to the performance  or life of the product or misapplication, misuse, negligence or accident shall not  be covered by seller.

2.   Warranty period starts from after one month when the goods leave the seller's    warehouse.

3.   Any major replacing bills from sending electrician to the site for big projects (the buyer should provide the proof of the replacing cost) will be paid by the seller. And the seller will assist the buyer as best they can to make up the damage caused and solve the problem ASAP.

4.  The seller will prepare the replaced goods to be sent to buyer within one month after receiving the return goods from buyer, but the parts ( drivers, leds etc) can be sent to buyer within one month after the faulty are on the way to them to avoid delay.

5.  Regarding spare parts or replacement buyer will provide detailed info and record for goods return for the seller.

6.  The seller cannot change parts, materials design or any modifications for the products without informing the buyer, and agreed by both parties.
